Position Summary:
Principal Consultant will be responsible for ensuring successful production support (post go-live) and ongoing optimization for Workday Financials, focusing heavily on the Record to Report (R2R) or Reporting processes. Consultants in this role should be comfortable troubleshooting complex financial transactions, managing ledger structures, navigating Workday security, and building advanced custom reports and calculated fields. This role will actively contribute to the growth and development of ERPA’s Workday Financials AMS practice, showcasing innovation and strategic thinking to solidify ERPA as a premier Workday partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a lead Financials consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client financial business requirements and provide strategic guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, testing, and move to Production e
