About the Role
Most "Social Media Manager" JDs describe someone who manages a page. This one's different:



we're hiring someone who ideates, builds, scripts, shoots, hosts, analysis and grows it.
You'll own everything from the monthly content calendar to the camera-facing series that becomes appointment viewing, ideating, writing, shooting, presenting, and analyzing the results yourself, in-house.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy, Pillars & Calendar Ownership
• Define and maintain content pillars (education/insight driven, aspirational/current gen, product/proof, culture/BTS, community/UGC, trends); every post maps to one.
• Own the monthly calendar across Instagram (expanding to YouTube/LinkedIn), balanced across pillars, formats, and funnel stages.
• Build recurring IPs and segments within each pillar so the calendar compounds instead of resetting monthly.
• Own copy end-to-end: captions, campaign copy, scripts, and social ad films. You i
