Role Description The VDI Support Engineer will provide day-to-day support for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient end-user access to systems and applications. Responsibilities include monitoring VDI performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and handling incident tickets in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and VDI components, as well as documenting procedures and solutions.



The engineer will interact with users to understand issues, provide clear guidance, and deliver consistent customer service. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for VDI environments and related infrastructure.
• Experience providing customer support and customer service in a technology or service desk setting.
• Working knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows and Linux) and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, ITIL) and experience with enterprise IT environments are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work in shift
