Role Description The Advocate will work full time on-site at the firm’s office in Faridabad, handling a range of legal matters with a robust emphasis on real estate and associated commercial work.



Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, contracts, sale deeds, leases, and other property-related documents; conducting legal research; and preparing opinions, notes, and due diligence reports. The role involves appearing before courts, tribunals, and other authorities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and managing case files and documentation to ensure accurate and timely execution. The Advocate will maintain ongoing communication with clients, provide solution-oriented advice, and support the senior leadership in managing transactions, disputes, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a proactive approach, strong professional ethics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services aligned with the firm’s standards.
