The selected candidate will be responsible for business growth, revenue generation, branch productivity, team performance, business development, strategic planning, and mentoring across our branches in the North and South regions.
Candidates applying for this position should be comfortable with:
• Taking ownership of overall branch revenue and business performance.
• Managing and improving sales productivity and team performance.
• Developing and implementing recent business strategies and growth opportunities.
• Mentoring and guiding branch teams and managers.
• Participating in employee performance appraisal and productivity improvement.
• Travelling to different branches as required.




• Working directly with the Directors on business strategies and growth plans.
• Using presentations, social media, digital platforms, and innovative ideas to generate new business.
• Staying updated with new industry trends, market patterns, customer expectations, and emerging opportunities.
• Communicating effectively in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
