The Role
You will own and grow TEAME's HoReCa business across North and East India – opening new hotel and F&B; partners, deepening existing accounts and building a profitable region.

What You Will Do
Win recent business
• Identify and open large HoReCa customers and key accounts.
• Meet GMs, F&B; Heads, Executive Chefs, Purchase Heads and procurement teams.
• Present our premium range, run product trials with F&B; teams, and convert trials into orders.
• Handle RFQs, tenders, rate contracts and vendor registration.





Grow key accounts
• Build relationships with both corporate procurement and individual properties.
• Increase TEAME's presence within existing hotel groups.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, contracts and commercial terms.
• Work with marketing and product teams on customised packs, merchandising and hospitality solutions.

Run the region
• Track repeat business, consumption, inventory and account profitability.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
• Manage receivables and keep payments on track.
• Manage distributors or institutional partners where required.

What You Bring
• 10–15 years in HoReCa and other key accounts.
• Background in premium FMCG, beverages, tea/coffee or liquor.
• Existing relationships with premium hotels, hotel chains, restaurant groups, cafés, caterers, clubs, corporate offices, airports, premium institutions and hospitality procurement teams.
