Job Summary:
The Plant HR Head is responsible for end-to-end ownership of HR, Industrial Relations, Time Office, Payroll, and Plant Administration at the unit level, ensuring uninterrupted operations, statutory compliance, and workforce stability. The role functions as a single-point coordinator between the Plant, Corporate HR, and Operations, with transparent accountability for execution, governance, and reporting.
