Who We Are

At Techdome, we turn hard business problems into well-built software. Our engineers, designers, and domain specialists work side by side with clients across industries to ship products that set them apart, and AI is now part of almost everything we build.

The Opportunity

We need a Product Manager who is as comfortable in an architecture review as in a client steering meeting. You will own projects from the first scoping conversation through to launch, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and tied to real business outcomes. You'll work with teams building traditional software as well as LLM-powered products, chatbots, AI agents, and automation.

What You'll Do

• Shape the plan: Work with stakeholders to set scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and budgets that are technically realistic and aligned with business priorities.
• Keep teams moving together: Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysis so handoffs are clean and nobody is blocked.
• Deliver AI/ML projects: Guide LLM integrations, chatbots, AI agents,

and automation initiatives from idea to production, partnering closely with engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists.
• Learn each client's world fast: Absorb a client's industry and turn its domain rules and compliance needs into transparent, buildable requirements.
• Manage people and partners: Allocate internal resources, and handle third-party vendors, including contracts, expectations, and performance.
• Control change and risk: Run disciplined change control over scope, schedule, and cost, and spot technical, delivery, and AI-specific risks early enough to act on them.
• Report with clarity: Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give management and clients honest, regular status updates.
• Be a trusted partner to clients: Build lasting relationships through open, proactive communication.
• Document and automate: Keep project records complete and easy to find, and use AI tools to speed up planning a
