About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – West to drive secondary sales growth across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. The role will be responsible for managing and expanding the distributor network, strengthening direct dealer relationships,



and driving consistent sales performance across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the lighting industry, with a proven track record of handling distributors, direct dealers, and project relationships across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth across the assigned West India territory.
* Manage, strengthen, and expand the distributor network across the region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with direct dealers.
* Develop and maintain effective project relationships to support regional business growth.
* Track territory-wise sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities.
* Take necessary actions to improve sales performance and achieve regional targets.
