Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Clans Machina is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals for solar and other clean-energy solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential customers, conducting site visits,



preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs and financial goals. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with engineering and operations to ensure smooth project execution. The Sales Manager will also build robust relationships with partners, maintain a healthy pipeline, and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s growth and mission in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and target achievement, with experience in B2C or B2B solution selling.
• Ability to build customer relationships, conduct consultations, and negotiate contracts with diverse stakeholders.
