Role Description: The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position identifies and pursues new business opportunities, generates qualified leads, and nurtures prospects through the sales pipeline. Daily activities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals,



and collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports on business development activities. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth and support RDM’s positioning as a leader in technical SEO and AI-driven search solutions.
