Role Description The Corporate Sales Ninza role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will identify and pursue corporate insurance sales opportunities,



build and manage a pipeline, and convert qualified leads into long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand client risk profiles, develop tailored insurance solutions, prepare proposals, and present them to decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting meetings with corporate clients, negotiating terms with insurers and clients, maintaining accurate sales documentation and CRM records, and supporting renewals and account growth. You will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and uphold a consultative, client-first sales approach aligned with Icare’s philosophy.
Qualifications

• Solid Corporate Sales and Sales experience, with a focus on B2B or institutional clients.
• Proficiency in Corporate Sales Management, including pipeline management and account planning.
