Role Description The Tele Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing the company’s event and exhibition services and generating qualified leads. Responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering basic queries, scheduling meetings or follow-ups for the sales and business development team,



and maintaining accurate records of call outcomes in the CRM or database. The Tele Caller will support campaign-driven calling, update contact lists, and share feedback from clients to help refine communication strategies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calling, lead generation, and basic client query resolution.
• Comfort using CRM tools or call tracking systems, with attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts, preferably within events, exhibitions, or related industries.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
