About the Role
AGGUNJ is looking for an experienced Fashion Consultant & Store Manager to lead the client experience and day-to-day operations at its Dhan Mill/Mehrauli store.
The role combines personalized styling, client relationship management, sales and store operations, and is suited to someone with a strong understanding of fashion and the ability to build lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
• 1. Lead the overall functioning of the store, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
• 2.



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through personalized consultations and styling.
• 3. Understand client preferences, occasions and requirements to recommend appropriate garments and complete looks.
• 4. Drive sales and consistently work towards store and individual targets.
• 5. Oversee client appointments, follow-ups and after-sales service.
• 6. Maintain robust knowledge of the brand’s collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, silhouettes and design language.
• 7. Ensure the store is maintained in line with AGGUNJ’s visual and presentation standards.
• 8. Manage inventory, daily store processes and basic sales reporting.
• 9. Lead and coordinate the store team, ensuring professional conduct and consistent customer service.
• 10. Share relevant client feedback and market insights with the management and design teams.
