About the Role

Responsibilities
• Support business transformation and organizational improvement initiatives across diverse client engagements.
• Analyse business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand existing challenges and support the implementation of practical transformation solutions.
• Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support project teams in tracking transformation initiatives, analysing requirements,
and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
Qualifications
• B.Tech with Proven experience in Management role.
• Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred.
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
Required Skills
• 4 – 7 years of work experience.
• Exposure to business consulting will be a plus point.
• Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A passion for solving complex business problems and delivering value to clients.
• Cross-functional exposure.
• Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
