Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will drive new business growth and strategic partnerships for Perspective’s cinematic content and production services. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads,



developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term engagements. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, preparing and delivering tailored pitches, leading sales meetings, and collaborating with internal creative and production teams to shape proposals that align with client goals. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure, as well as tracking performance metrics and maintaining an organized pipeline in CRM tools. The Senior Business Development Manager will also represent Perspective at industry events, gather market feedback, and contribute to refining offerings and go-to-market strategies.
