Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clinical stakeholders and technical engineering teams. Specializing in Oncology and Clinical Data, you will drive the development of data solutions that streamline clinical trials, enhance real-world data (RWD) utilization, and support oncology research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to oncology clinical workflows, clinical trials, and electronic health records (EHR).
• Translate clinical data needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Validate data pipelines, data models,



and analytics dashboards to ensure accuracy in clinical operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare compliance, privacy regulations (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR), and data governance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional groups including data scientists, clinical researchers, and biostatisticians to optimize data integration strategies.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience exclusively within the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
• Deep functional understanding of oncology workflows and clinical data management systems (CDMS).
• Working knowledge of industry data standards such as CDISC, HL7, FHIR, or OMOP.
• Robust stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
