Role Description The Social Media Manager and Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves planning and executing social media content calendars, managing brand profiles across platforms, and monitoring engagement metrics. The person in this role will write and adapt content for different channels, optimize posts for reach and interaction, and support the development of campaign strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating with designers and content creators,



scheduling and publishing posts, responding to community interactions, and tracking performance reports. The role also includes staying updated on platform trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging best practices to refine social media efforts.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online brand presence.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan effective campaigns and align social media activities with business objectives.
• Relevant skills such as basic analytics, familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), and experience with scheduling tools are beneficial.
