Role Overview
La Polo is looking for a creative, well-spoken and highly proactive Brand Manager who can take ownership of how the brand is positioned, experienced and communicated across both on-ground and digital platforms. This is a brand-building role for someone with a strong understanding of premium/luxury, fashion, lifestyle, sports and experiential marketing. The ideal candidate will be the face and representative of La Polo, building relationships, creating partnerships, developing activations and bringing fresh ideas that strengthen the brand. We specifically need someone who has demonstrated experience building a premium/luxury/fashion/lifestyle/sports/brand, ideally with exposure to experiential marketing, partnerships, collaborations and high-touch consumer engagement. Ideal candidate needs to be able to think beyond campaign execution and help shape what La Polo stands for, who it associates with,



what experiences it creates and how it builds desirability and cultural relevance. They also need to be comfortable representing the brand externally and building relationships across polo, luxury, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, creators and cultural communities.
The role requires someone who can seamlessly move between brand strategy, collaborations, BTL activations, content and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute La Polo’s overall brand strategy and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and execute BTL activations, events, experiences and brand campaigns.
• Be actively present during the polo season and represent La Polo at tournaments, events and key brand moments.
• Build robust relationships with polo clubs, players, patrons, luxury brands, fashion/lifestyle brands, hospitality partners, creators and cultural communities.
