Role Description The Account Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the overall accounting and finance function. Daily tasks include reviewing and finalizing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. The role involves leading the accounts team, allocating work, mentoring team members, and implementing best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.



The Account Head will collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, provide analytical insights to support decision-making, and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee ledgers, reconciliations, and overall accounting operations.
• Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, develop, and coordinate the accounts and finance team.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
