About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale Swageazy's corporate sales function.
This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who has built and scaled B2B/enterprise sales businesses and can operate beyond traditional sales management. The person will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building the sales organisation, developing enterprise accounts, strengthening the sales process, and owning the overall sales P&L;/business performance.
The ideal candidate should be a consultative and solution-led sales leader who can understand complex customer requirements, identify opportunities beyond the initial brief, and work with internal teams to create customised solutions.




You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape Swageazy's sales strategy and build the next phase of the company's corporate sales business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
• Own the overall corporate sales strategy and revenue targets for Swageazy.
• Build and execute a scalable sales strategy across enterprise, mid-market and strategic accounts.
• Drive current business acquisition as well as expansion and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Own the sales funnel from lead generation and qualification through negotiations, closure and account expansion.
• Develop predictable revenue forecasting and pipeline management mechanisms.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, customer segments and sales channels.

2. Enterprise & Consultative Selling
• Personally drive high-value and strategic enterprise opportunities.
