Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research and Development Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Senior R&D; Executive will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, developing and optimising food products, and doing analytical testing. Additional responsibilities include ensuring product quality, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with production teams to resolve product line issues
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in R&D; or NPD role, preferably baked products
• Degree in B.SC (Food Technology and Food Science) or similar
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced workplace
