Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and grow Finplex’s lending partnerships and customer base, focusing on small and medium business clients in Mumbai. This full-time, in office role includes identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with business owners and financial institutions, present platform capabilities,



and negotiate pricing and terms. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts and reports, collaborating with product and operations teams to improve service delivery, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The role also involves mentoring sales team members, implementing sales strategies, and representing Finplex at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building with small and medium business clients.
• Experience in pipeline management, lead generation, and converting prospects through consultative selling.
• Ability to analyze financial information, understand lending products, and communicate value propositions clearly.
