Role- Private Chef (Multi Cuisine)
Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sous Chef at NEAT India.
The Sous Chef prepare meal and presentation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining inventory, monitoring food costs,



and innovating new recipes.
The Sous Chef will also ensure adherence to food safety standards and needs to create memorable culinary
experiences for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques
Experience in managing kitchen operations
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food preparation
Creativity in developing current recipes and dishes
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Formal culinary training or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience in luxury dining or specialized meal preparation is a plus
Job involves travelling to different client locations
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years plus of relevant experience
