About the role

We are looking for someone who understands healthcare, enjoys working with clients and can turn a brief into well-executed marketing work.

This role combines client servicing, healthcare content and hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with the founder, clients, medical experts and creative teams to take projects from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

Client servicing and project coordination

* Understand client goals, gather requirements and translate them into clear briefs and action plans.
* Manage day-to-day client communication, meetings, feedback and approvals.
* Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, medical reviewers and other partners.
* Track deliverables,



timelines and dependencies; flag delays early and drive closure.
* Prepare concise progress updates and campaign reports.

Healthcare content and marketing

* Research healthcare topics using credible sources and develop clear, audience-appropriate content.
* Write and edit social media posts, captions, presentations, video scripts and campaign materials.
* Build content calendars and support campaigns for doctors, clinics and healthcare companies.
* Coordinate medical review and client approval before publication.
* Support webinars, doctor interviews, podcasts, events and other engagement initiatives.
* Monitor campaign results and suggest practical improvements.

Client and doctor engagement

* Attend client meetings in Mumbai and travel occasionally to other cities.
* Gather feedback from doctors and healthcare teams to improve content and campaigns.
