About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Growth & Marketplace to own how Bhoomi Farms shows up and sells across quick commerce platforms, our own website and app, and paid media.
This is a hands-on, single-owner role with a real budget behind it. The Manager will run performance marketing campaigns, manage our digital marketing agency, own our product listings and catalogue across platforms, and build the reporting that tells the business what is working.
The role reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
