Role Description This is an on-site Customer Success Manager internship role based in Madurai. The intern will support customer onboarding, guide businesses in using Askeva’s WhatsApp-first platform,



and ensure that customer communication workflows are implemented effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, gathering feedback, and tracking satisfaction and retention metrics. The role involves building robust relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs, and helping tailor solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The intern will also assist in preparing customer reports, documenting use cases, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
