Role Description The G.S.A – F&B; Service role is a full-time, on-site position located at Radisson Blu Hotel Indore. This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, banqueting areas, and in-room dining. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and placing orders, serving food and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring that service areas remain clean and organized. The G.S.A – F&B; Service team member coordinates closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely,



accurate service, and responds to guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously. The role also includes following hygiene and safety standards, assisting with buffet and event setups, and supporting smooth operations during peak service hours.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an understanding of menu items, service procedures, and basic hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members, and to handle inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills sufficient to understand food preparation basics, presentation standards, and coordination with kitchen staff.
• Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; service, preferably in an upscale or international brand environm
