Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurgaon, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage services. Daily activities include researching target markets, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting service offerings to prospective clients. The Business Development Executive manages and grows assigned accounts,



maintains regular communication with customers, and collaborates with operations and finance teams to ensure service quality and competitive pricing. The role also includes preparing proposals, tracking sales pipelines, reporting performance metrics, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting, including market research and outreach activities.
• Effective Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Experience in Account Management, relationship building, and retention of key customers.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain concepts; prior industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work with CR
