ABOUT UNITED SKIN CAREUnited Skin Care is an aesthetic and medical equipment company serving dermatologists, doctors, aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals across India. We manufacture and supply advanced aesthetic technologies including diode lasers, pico lasers, CO₂ lasers and other professional aesthetic equipment.
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Manager who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, content engine, brand communication and coordination of our creative and performance marketing resources.
This is NOT a routine social-media posting role. We need someone who can understand the business, develop ideas, coordinate execution and connect marketing to enquiries and growth.
THE ROLEYou will act as the central owner of marketing and work closely with the founder and our existing Performance Marketer, Graphic Designer and Video Editor,



along with freelance motion-graphics resources.
You should be able to answer:
What should we communicate?
Who should we communicate it to?
How should we position our products?
What content should we create?
Which campaigns should we run?
What is working?
What should we test next?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. MARKETING STRATEGY• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Understand products, target audience, customer journey and competitive landscape.
• Plan campaigns for launches, promotions, exhibitions, doctor events and seasonal opportunities.
• Research competitors, market trends and opportunities.
• Develop ideas that generate awareness, engagement, enquiries and sales.
• Work directly with the founder to turn business priorities into campaigns.
• Ensure each campaign has a explicit objective, audience, message and expected outcome.
