Find and bring on home chefs and home bakers in Noida and nearby East Delhi so offices and homes have food from next door.
Who should apply
People who can walk into a society, earn trust with aunties and home bakers, and get a yes. Experience with women's groups, RWAs or community work is a big plus.
What you’ll do
Find home cooks and bakers through societies, RWAs, WhatsApp groups and referrals, book kitchen checks, and walk each chef through to her first order.

Every recent area opens only when enough chefs live close by. The chefs you bring on decide where Nomio grows next, and they earn from their own kitchens.
Responsibilities
• Find home chef and baker leads in Noida sectors and East Delhi near the Noida border
• Run society, RWA and WhatsApp group outreach
• Book kitchen checks and trial cooks with the food tester
• Help chefs with registration, documents and their first menu
• Keep the chef pipeline updated and follow up on drop-outs
Requirements
• 1 to 3 years in field sales, community work or partner onboarding
• Warm, patient and trusted; fluent Hindi
• Knows Noida and East Delhi neighbourhoods
• Two-wheeler preferred
