Role Description The Team Leader – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets, while maintaining high standards of client service and professionalism.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation and follow-ups, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction closures. The Team Leader will coordinate with developers and internal stakeholders, track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and client satisfaction. The role also includes training team members, monitoring adherence to processes, and upholding ethical sales practices aligned with the company’s client-first philosophy.
