Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing Manager role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sterilization packaging and medical device repackaging services, aligning campaigns with the company’s regulatory and quality standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital and offline marketing initiatives, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing brand positioning, and supporting lead generation and customer engagement. The role involves collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership teams to create marketing materials, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data and feedback. The Marketing Manager will also help strengthen SWT’s presence as an innovative, quality-focused startup within the healthcare and medical device ecosystem.
