Fabrimech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Development & Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, follow-ups, relationship building and making sure business opportunities keep moving forward.
What will you be responsible for?RFQ & Prospect Management
• Track and follow up on all new RFQs and quotations.
• Ensure no RFQ or business opportunity is forgotten.
• Maintain clear next actions and follow-up dates for every opportunity.
• Follow up on pending quotations and dormant opportunities.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customers receive timely responses.

International Customer Relations
• Maintain regular communication with international customers.
• Follow up with customers after business visits, exhibitions and meetings.
• Send professional emails and meeting follow-ups.
• Coordinate Minutes of Meeting and action points.




• Schedule follow-up calls and customer meetings.
• Maintain customer relationships between management visits.

Management Coordination
• Work closely with Top Management and the Sales team.
• Keep management updated on important customer developments and opportunities.
• Identify when a customer requires a management call, technical discussion or commercial discussion.
• Coordinate meetings across international time zones.
• Ensure customer and management action points are followed through.
