Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pharmacist role based in New Delhi at one of BR Healthcare Ventures’ multi-specialty hospitals. The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and hospital policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling patients on proper medication use, dosage,



potential side effects, and drug interactions, as well as coordinating with physicians and nursing staff to clarify orders and support safe medication therapy. The role involves maintaining pharmacy inventory, checking expiry dates, managing storage conditions, and participating in regular audits to uphold quality and safety standards. The Pharmacist will also contribute to medication management protocols, support implementation of clinical guidelines, and assist with documentation and reporting required under Ayushman Bharat – PM-JAY and other relevant schemes.
Qualifications

• Formal education and credentials: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) from a recognized institution, valid pharmacist registration with the appropriate pharmacy council, and familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations.
• Clinical and technical skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacology,
