About the RoleWe are looking for an Associate Creative Director – Graphic Design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising, brand communication, digital and social media, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual work.

What we are looking out at-
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising, branding or a creative agency
• Strong conceptual and visual thinking
• Excellent understanding of advertising and brand communication
• Strong experience working across digital, social media and integrated campaigns
• Strong command over typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling
• Ability to develop creative ideas from brief to execution
• Experience working across multiple brands and categories
• Robust portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital creatives, branding and visual communication
• Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with designers and creative teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple briefs
• Prior experience in an advertising/creative agency is preferred
