Role Description The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations across Jinisha Global Ventures’ portfolio, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, implementing operational frameworks, and optimizing workflows to support sustainable growth and ESG objectives.



The COO will collaborate with the executive team on business planning, financial performance, and risk management, while monitoring key metrics and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include establishing operational policies, mentoring managers, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting expansion initiatives across hospitality, F&B;, entertainment, and technology ventures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Assam, India.
