Role Description The OD & Learning Solutions Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development and learning interventions for client organizations. This role includes conducting needs assessments, supporting competency mapping,



and translating business and talent gaps into structured learning and OD solutions. The associate will design and refine training programs and blended learning journeys, while coordinating with facilitators and client stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. Daily responsibilities involve working with learning management systems, creating or improving learning content, tracking program effectiveness through data and feedback, and preparing reports and recommendations for clients. The role also collaborates with internal teams to continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes that support talent development and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
