Role Description The Assistant Manager (Consultancy) will be responsible for managing and delivering consulting assignments, including business process reviews, financial and operational analyses, and improvement recommendations for clients.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, where the individual will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, gather and interpret data, and develop practical solutions. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project timelines, preparing reports and presentations, supporting senior team members in client meetings, and ensuring quality and compliance with firm methodologies. The role also involves guiding junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team, and actively participating in internal initiatives to enhance service offerings. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with colleagues across locations and service lines to deliver integrated, value-added consulting services.
