? About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-driven Business Development Executive with relevant experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Kochi healthcare market and preferably an established network of hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
? Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive Home Healthcare sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, consultants,



clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate qualified leads and patient referrals through hospital visits, doctor meetings, and referral networks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kochi.
• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, patients, and families to understand healthcare requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business/revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into patients/customers.
• Maintain an updated database of hospitals, doctors, referral partners, and prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
• Participate in healthcare camps, hospital act
