Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager positions based in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.



The role involves sourcing and onboarding MSME customers, conducting field visits, and building long-term relationships through regular engagement and service support. Responsibilities include assessing credit needs, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursement and post-disbursement follow-up. Relationship Managers will monitor portfolio performance, track repayments, address customer queries, and support recovery efforts while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Senior Relationship Managers will additionally mentor junior team members, help drive branch-level business targets, and contribute to local market development and process improvement initiatives.
