Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution• Plan, schedule and monitor daily production activities as per customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
• Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Stores and Quality departments for smooth production operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of orders.

Team & Manpower Management• Manage and supervise production operators, technicians and shop-floor workers.
• Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance and work performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.

Quality & Process Control• Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to minimize rejection, rework and production defects.




• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and work instructions.

Technical & Operational Knowledge• Positive knowledge of electrical components, wiring, electrical assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, relays, contactors, MCBs, MCCBs and related components.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production equipment and tools.

Safety & Compliance• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO requirements.
• Maintain production reports, records and documentation.
