Puresta Lifestyle is building a portfolio of skincare brands focused on bringing effective, dermatologist-led skincare to consumers.
Our portfolio includes SkinQ and SkinQ Rx, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager – D2C Growth (Online Business) to drive the growth of our online business across these brands.

What you’ll own:
• Drive D2C revenue, growth and profitability across SkinQ & SkinQ Rx
• Build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Track and optimise CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion and repeat revenue
• Work closely with Performance Marketing to improve customer acquisition and marketing efficiency
• Identify opportunities across the customer journey to improve conversion and retention
• Analyse business and channel performance and translate insights into growth actions




• Drive growth across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce
• Work closely with Marketing, Category, Product, Creative and Tech teams
• Contribute to business planning, revenue targets and new growth initiatives

What we’re looking for:
• 6–10 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, Digital Growth or Online Business
• Strong understanding of D2C & e-commerce business models
• Hands-on experience in customer acquisition, retention and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of revenue, profitability and growth metrics
• Robust analytical and data-driven approach
• Ability to take ownership and work cross-functionally
• Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG or consumer brands will be a plus
