JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Work with Head - Clinical Services to develop, implement and monitor clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
• Build rapport with the Clinicians so as to ensure the necessary clinical protocols are being smoothly disseminated and followed.
• Supervise, train, and motivate clinicians, nurses, and support staff in ensuring compliance with medical laws.
• Develop metrics to measure the adherence of the protocols and SOPs and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken based on the metrics.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.




• Ensure compliance with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) standards and local health regulations related to all clinical objective elements.
• Ensure Clinical protocols are in line with the infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Implement process improvements for faster patient turnaround and satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Work in coordination with Quality team to ensure clinical compliances.
• Govern and advice on Medico legal issues and its responses, mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Ethics Committee Meeting is conducted in line with the aligned objectives.
