About the Role
Bamrah Pressing is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Specialist to develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with industrial and corporate clients. The role involves selling our manufacturing, sheet metal, tooling, product development, and customized engineering solutions to businesses in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, calls, and industry networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production/engineering team to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery, and orders.
• Explore export and international B2B opportunities and communicate with overseas clients.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally through email and phone.
• Willingness to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, sheet metal, tooling, industrial products, or exports will be preferred.
