Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive role based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage prospective learners and institutional clients, explain StudyDome’s offerings, and convert qualified leads into enrollments or partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation through multiple channels, maintaining and updating CRM records,



following up with prospects, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves providing explicit information about products and services, addressing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering a professional and helpful customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
