Looking for a Legal Intern who wants hands-on exposure in Real Estate transactions, not just desk work

Location: In office, Bangalore
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Stipend: Rs. 20,000 / month
Reporting To: Legal Team Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Legal Intern with interest in Real Estate Laws to support our legal and sales operations. This is an on-site role with direct exposure to property documentation, customer handling and government liaison.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drafting & Vetting: Drafting of Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, MOU, NOCs, Affidavits, under Team Lead's guidance, Vetting of property documents - Title Deeds, EC, Khata, BBMP/BDA/Panchayat Raj approvals, RERA documents, Maintaining documentation checklist for each project and ensuring file completeness.

2. Customer Follow-ups: Coordinating with customers for pending documents, KYC, payments, and registration formalities, Explaining legal clauses and process to customers in simple language along with sales team,



Follow-up for registration dates, TDS, stamp duty and handover formalities.

3. Team & Sales Coordination: Daily coordination with Sales Team for customer queries, legal clearance, and deal closures, Coordinating with internal teams - CRM, Marketing for smooth transaction flow, Preparing daily MIS and status update reports for Team Lead.

4. Training & Support: Train other departments (Sales, CRM) on basic legal processes - Do's & Don'ts, RERA guidelines, documentation process as per Team Lead's instructions, Prepare SOPs, FAQs and training materials for internal teams.

5. Government Liaison: Liaising with Sub-Registrar Office (SRO), BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, DC Office, Revenue Department for Khata, EC, Registration and other approvals, Visiting government offices for document submission, verification and follow-ups, Maintaining liaison tracker and updating Team Lead on status.
