ROLE OVERVIEW
Business Development Head, Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B business
development for corporate events. The role will focus on identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, presenting Showrider’s event solutions and converting opportunities into business. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B prospecting skills, familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms, and the ability to independently build and manage a corporate prospect pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across relevant industries and build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities. Research companies, identify relevant decision-makers and develop targeted prospect lists based on Showrider’s corporate event offerings.
Data Sourcing & Market Research: Source and validate prospect information through LinkedIn, company websites, business databases,



social media and other relevant platforms. Research target companies, their business activities, key contacts and potential event requirements to support focused outreach.
Outbound Business Development: Initiate conversations with prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other relevant communication channels. Develop personalised outreach approaches that create interest in Showrider’s corporate event capabilities and generate opportunities for further discussions.
LinkedIn & Social Selling: Use LinkedIn effectively for prospect identification, decision-maker research, connection building and qualified outreach. Monitor relevant company and industry activities across social media and digital platforms to identify potential business opportunities and engagement points.
Sales Communication & Follow-up: Communicate professionally with prospects, understand their requirements
