Role Description The Overseas Education Counselor will provide end-to-end guidance to individuals pursuing international education, including course and university selection, application support, and visa counseling.



This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining country-specific education systems, and advising on eligibility, admission requirements, and documentation. The counselor will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up with applicants, and coordinate with internal teams and institutional partners to ensure timely processing. Daily responsibilities also include organizing or supporting seminars, webinars, and events, responding to inquiries in person, via phone, email, and online channels, and promoting Global Opportunities’ services in a qualified and ethical manner. The role requires working to set targets, providing high-quality customer service, and staying updated on changes in international education policies and visa regulations.
