Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across rooms, banquets, weddings, and bar services, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and travel partners. Daily activities include prospecting and follow-ups, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting hotel property tours,



and coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless event and stay experiences. The role involves achieving sales targets, tracking market trends, participating in local networking events, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with management on promotional activities, rate plans, and packages to increase occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in hotel or hospitality sales, including lead generation, client servicing, and negotiation.
• Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using basic office software and sales tools or CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting.
